With a remarkable curriculum, Dr. Sofia graduated in Medicine at FMUP in 2010 and 4 years later headed to Belgium, where she finished her residency in General Surgery, at the University Hospital of Ghent.………………………………
She held many Fellowships in the following years in Tielt, Ghent, Bruges and Lisbon, in several areas of gastrointestinal surgery and robotics.
